Choose a picture and choose the animation you want on it. Open both files in Animation Shop.
Now you can see how many frames the animation has; your picture needs to have the same amount of frames. Right click on the picture and choose 'duplicate selected'. You do that till the picture has the same amount of frames as the animation (sometimes you get too many frames, just stand on the last one and push the 'delete button').
Go to the first frame of the animation and click 'control A'; with this you select all frames. Do the same thing with your picture-animation (please note: always go to the first frame if you want to select all frames !!!).
Left click on the first frame of your animation, hold and drag to the first frame of your picture-animation and let go. Et voila: ready. To see how your new creation looks click the little film in the toolbar. When you don't like it, just 'undo' (picture and animation) and try again.

Now you can see how many frames the animation has; your text-picture needs to have the same amount of frames. Right click on the picture and choose 'duplicate selected'. You do that till the picture has the same amount of frames as the animation (sometimes you get too many frames, just stand on the last one and push the 'delete button').

Make a new transparent image in Paint Shop Pro with about the same size or a bit larger as your animation (depends on your wishes for the end result). If wanted, color the background with for example 'airbrush' or 'flood fill'.
possibility 1
Click 'image' and then 'picture frame' and choose from one of the picture frames Paint Shop Pro contains. (choose the option 'frame outside of the image'). You can put text on the frame: click 'A' and type the text. Save your image with picture frame as Paint Shop Pro Image.
possibility 2
Click 'image' and then click 'add borders', for example 4 pixels. Take your 'magic wand' and click in the border (border has different color then picture) and your border is selected. Click 'floodfill'. In the colors' section (on the right) you can change the color in for example 'pattern'. Click in the 'pattern' and you can choose another pattern, for example a gold pattern. Click in the selected border and hoppa, you have a golden border. Now we want a background. Click again 'image' and 'add border', now one from about 25 pixels. Get your 'magic wand' again and click in the new border to select it. Click 'floodfill', choose a color, for example blue. Click the border and you have a blue border. Now go to 'effects' and choose for example 'texture effects' and after that for example 'mosaic. Click OK and you have a background; this way you can add more borders. You can put text on the 'border' or on the (transparent) 'image' (click 'A' and type the text) and save your image with border as Paint Shop Pro Image.
Choose the animation you want the list around, open it and open the picture you just made.
Now you can see how many frames the animation has; your list needs to have the same amount of frames. Right click on the picture and choose 'duplicate selected'. You do that till the picture has the same amount of frames as the animation (sometimes you get too many frames, just stand on the last one and push the 'delete button').
Go to the first frame of the animation and click 'control A'; with this you select all frames. Do the same thing with your list-animation (please note: always go to the first frame if you want to select all frames !!!).
Left click on the first frame of your animation, hold and drag to the first frame of your list-animation and let go. Et voila: ready. To see how your new creation looks click the little film in the toolbar. When you don't like it, just 'undo' (picture and animation) and try again.
